Made to order, made right

Every Scientist Apparel tee is printed to order, just for you — nothing sits in a warehouse. That’s why we don’t do the big-box “ship it back” routine. But here’s our promise: if you’re not happy, talk to us — we’ll always look for a fair solution.

Choosing the right size

Our Size & Fit Guide has real garment measurements — the surest way to pick is to measure a shirt you already love and compare. Right after you order, we also send a confirmation email listing your sizes, colors and shipping address: reply to it and we’ll fix anything before your order goes to print (usually within 2 hours of purchase). If the size still didn’t work out, email us — we’ll do our best to sort it fairly.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Email us at support@scientistapparel.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo showing the issue and the printed design in the same shot. We’ll reprint your order or refund you — your choice. No need to ship anything back.

Order never arrived

If your tracking has been stuck for more than a few days, contact us. We’ll investigate with the carrier, and if your order is lost in transit we’ll reprint it or refund you.

Cancellations & changes

We can change or cancel an order any time before it goes to print — usually within about 2 hours of purchase. Reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible.

Personalized items

Custom and personalized items (for example, tees printed with a name you chose) are final sale, except in case of damage or defect.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and can’t be redeemed for cash (except where required by law), and they never expire. If we refund an order that was paid with a gift card, the refund goes back to the gift card balance automatically. Received a gift that isn’t quite right? Email us — we’ll find a fair solution that keeps the surprise intact.

European Union customers

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under EU consumer law, including any applicable right of withdrawal. If you’re in the EU and want to invoke those rights, contact us and we’ll walk you through it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks sometimes take a few extra days to post it — if more than 15 business days have passed, email us and we’ll chase it.
